Villa in La Moraleja

The entryway, which creates the first impression of the home, establishes from the very first moment the architectural language that defines the entire home. It is not conceived as a transitional space, but rather as a room with its own identity, where the architecture, the light, and a careful selection of furniture foreshadow the serene and sophisticated atmosphere of the rest of the project.

The black-lacquered aluminum window and door frames precisely define the openings and create an elegant contrast with the neutral tones of the mineral cladding.

The continuity of the natural oak flooring and the absence of superfluous elements reinforce the sense of unity in the space.

The centerpiece of the entryway, *Collection Particulière* , is a sculptural console table made of

solid wood.

The curved sofa, Tacchini becomes the focal point of the room.

Its organic geometry softens the starkness of the orthogonal architecture and fosters a more relaxed and social layout. The two large-format graphic compositions by Josef Albers bring vertical rhythm to the entryway, while the use of light-colored wooden frames maintains material consistency with the rest of the project.

Living Room-Dining Room

The selection of furniture combines elements of international contemporary design with handcrafted-style pieces, striking a balance between sophistication and warmth.

The centerpiece is the large semicircular sofa upholstered in ivory-colored bouclé fabric by Living Divani. The two armchairs by Christophe Delcourt feature a very distinctive sculptural aesthetic, with their exposed solid wood frames and upholstered cylinders.

Coffee tables, De la Espada. The arrangement combines two circular tables of different heights .

The dining room, The table, Riva 1920 is one of the most elegant pieces in the project. The chairs, by Flexform—eight upholstered chairs—have a very sophisticated look.

The bookshelf, by Rimadesio, is one of the most interesting elements of the project. It is an open bookshelf made entirely of natural wood.

The project features two large abstract works by Carmen Herrera, which are minimalist in style. Far from serving as mere decorative elements, they balance the vertical surfaces and provide a sense of scale appropriate to the spaciousness of the living room.
